Brand new reggae and dancehall

Soké – Empire

Soke is an artist, producer and dj. Does song writing, engineering and vocal production. Soke is canadian, coming from Montreal. Together with KNY Factory he forms Banx and Ranx. Under this label they produce a fine blend of EDM, Reggae, Dancehall and Raggamuffin. The song Empire by Soké is recorded on The Empire Riddim by Riddim Wise, which is available at

The song Empire also has a great EDM remix version by Banx & Ranx. I love this version personally;

When you go to the facebookpage of Banx and Ranx you can download all remixes for free. Its worth checking out. I love the remixes they did on Bob Marley, Sean Paul and Konshens.

Krishane – Drunk and Incapable (Shy FX Remix)

Maybe you still now the name Shy FX from the early days. I spinned the record “Original Nuttah” so many times back in the days (90’s). It was a combination of drum, bass, jungle and raggamuffin. Shy FX made this remix of the song from Krishane – Drunk and Incapable. Check it out and also make sure you check out the other versions with Melissa Steel and Beenie Man.

General Degree – Feeling Irie

Also a very nice song is the new released song Feeling Irie by General Degree under the label Germaica Austria. Song was produced by Max Hustle, King Jabbi and Tom Hype. Although i must admit that i hear some similarities with the Evolution Riddim by Jahnaton. Which was used by Randy Valentine and others, released more then 2 years ago. But nevertheless its a cool and irie song.

Sons of Zion – Stuck On Stupid

Another great song by Sons Of Zion from Auckland, New Zealand. With Rio Panapa doing the lead vocals together with Samuel Eriwata. Dylan Stewart on the bass, Joel Latimer at the keys and supporting vocals, Harlem McKenzie – lead guitar, Matt Sandgrove – keys and Saxaphone and Dylan Elise on the drums.
